I need Payment Processing Advice
Hey Guys,
I need some advice from people that know processing. I want to get away from using the list of payment processors we all know and some love. I like to see if I can acquire a merchant account. I was offered one by our bank Wells Fargo for our mainstream side. The bank person was really nice about it. I know a bank that does it for adult, which I have a call with soon. But I actually had a call with a registered ISO/MSP that's associated with that bank. The guy was very rude and I may not have understood his questions that well. Seems like he wanted history of us processing for adult, which I don't have. I'm doing research now, is there anything we know before we talk with the bank. I feel like I know the basic, but that's only good for mainstream and not for high risk accounts. What are the extra requirements I need to have for adult? The technical side I know we can do. Do they need to see a customer service group? The rate he gave me for processing made my heart warm. I need to figure this out.

You can apply at BOA or WF and such as a "marketing" company. That will work until they run an audit and see where the cards are being accepted.
The best bet is to start working with a high risk processor and bank that will give you a direct account here in the USA. Know you will have annual compliance fees to satisfy the card networks, but its still cheaper than using a 3rd party. I would be happy to go through some of the requirements that our banks usually ask for when adult is applying and answer any other questions. Cris Allied Payments 1-800-315-5755 |

we definitely want the bank to know where we are processing. BOA and WF are a no go there.
The bank I have a call with will know we do porn stuff. I just didn't under why this registered ISO/MSP gave me so much trouble. Maybe it was just the rep I spoke to. But I hope to talk to the actual bank and lay everything out.

They probably want to know you're funded, especially to cover the registration fees.
Depending on the industry, we start our adult pricing at +0.50% and $0.10/transaction. Allied Payments • High Risk Merchant Account • Credit Card Processing |
