I had hoped that you would have been explained that we have nothing to do with them at all. Content was licensed from the same party that they licensed it from. So we don’t have any type of information that could be helpful to you, even though we wish that we had. You’re an honest, and a very important affiliate, and putting ourselves between you and a party that doesn’t pay is simply not in our best interest.

I think my post were pretty clear in that ER and x-profits are not the same.
What I did not know and will take your word for it. Is that both x-profit and yourself license the content. I was under the impression that the guys behind x-profits are the creators of this content.

In fact, they have stated that directly many times over in various conversions I had had with them. So if they are not the production company, then the whole story is getting even stranger than it already is.

I am aware you are not connected to x-profits and nor are you responsible for their wrong doing. I asked if you could help in any way with information. You could not, that is fine. It is one of many avenues I am exploring to track down the right people from x-profits that owe a lot of affiliates a lot of money.

I know, I meant regarding the email conversation that you’ve had with my colleagues.

They are indeed not the production company, and you are right to seek every avenue possible to be paid what you are owed.

I do hope that we will be able to work together on a bigger basis in the near future!
