Finally I became a registered member after being here a lurker for years

I have a income in bitcoin and I need to pay bills in leaseweb and aws, so I need a visa/mastercard card that I will load with my crypto. Linking such a card to a paypal is appreciated as well

I found sites to order such a card, like wirex for example or coinbase but is there a was to bypass a KYC step somehow to get such a card? I am not a criminal but I live in a country where everything may happen tomorrow making me vulnerable

I was scammed twice before I purchased a valid one, however it was declined.

I registered but they require "certification", a long procedure with full privacy exposing

Binance card - ask for live verification and them address confrmation documents.

BESTCHANGE - as I understood it is a list of BTC->VISA exchange sites, you need to have a card to use it.

I still need some card without mandatory verification I think

BTC -> yobit.net (no verification needed) -> PefrectMoney(-1%) -> BestExchange(Visa/MC -13%)
-14% total
as we see the fee is too high....

I have used their platform with success, but there are real shady things there, from their chatbox scammers, dice game, and their crypto Liza.

With Paxful you can buy Bitcoin by verifying email/phone, while seller (from what i understand) must verify those, plus address and ID card
