Are toplist sites like this done with a WordPress theme?
There are lots of sites like https://www.godofporn.com/ that are almost identical in their design. Presumably it's not the same person behind all of them, so is there a WordPress theme for this, or are others just cloning/copying the original idea?

Konrad's script and the Maddos WP theme are what most people use.
Konrad's script is better IMO. |
