Can the model release applied on Onlyfans + photos of documents and holding contract and document be applied also as a universal 2257?

No the 2257 document has to be a separate doc. You cannot combine all of that into one document.

I still can't understand, can you explain it to me again?
The model release sent to onlyfans contains full name, document signature, date of birth, producer's name, witness signatures, model's email address, residence, date of date of signature and all necessary information that proves consent to assign the rights so why can't it still be used?
is there any universal single model of 2257?

One document is a model release.

The second document is a 2257 doc which the ID is attached to.

Separate docs.

It sounds like you have one of them... just the model release.

The 2257 doc requires more information that you have listed AND the primary producer has to sign it under penalty of perjury attesting to the validity of the ID.
