Processed foods
What do you guys think of that? I grew up eating processed foods, TV dinners cans of this cans of that, frozen this frozen that.
I have 3 frozen pizzas left in a few burritos, then that's it. I'm finding canned foods from particular brands all have kind of the same flavor. No matter which cannibal soup you eat it taste like Campbell soup. I'm thinking it's really not that difficult to switch to fresh food. Eat a lot simpler and make any relishes or sauces or condiments that you want. I've been eating a lot of French dips lately at home however, I didn't bake the bread or create the ajus or cook the beef. I'm thinking about changing that |

There is nothing better than fresh food but need to be growing your own if you can. Best part of growing own is even your food waste can be regrown into new plant or composted back into soil. Have some pets for protein eg fish, chickens.

There is no point to eating processed food, especially if you're hungry.
Easy test: If it does not rot, it's not real food. All things organic decompose. Eat fresh food, which has not been contaminated with petroleum products (pesticides) nor irradiated. For those who may be challenged financially to afford real organic food, there are probably items on your shopping list that are better to trade in for good nutrition. |

"Frozen Pizzas"... cringes at the thought.
Grape learn some cooking basics, buy fresh, buy local and buy in season. If all else fails just follow the NZ Maori and throw it all in a pot and boil the fuck out of it Much better the next day and even more the next. |

I have a garden bed which my pond filters through everything grows about 3 times faster than a regular watered pot. I also sell irrigation and have a trade in plumbing.

It's nice if you have the space for it and if you can deal with a die-off and don't live in too hot or cold of a climate.
Kratky method aeroponics is a good way to start and it can be upgraded cheaply and easily or just simply left alone and enjoyed. |
