Dear Affiliate,

Due to the ever changing financial regulations, we are now required to confirm your identity in order to send out payments, regardless of the payment method.

Before the next payout date (earliest April 14th), please kindly complete the ID verification.
You can find the link to complete verification on the profile page (https://www.tsunami-cash.com/client/profile) under the Payment section.
Please specify if you are an individual or business. Note that businesses will have to verify the identity of the ultimate beneficial owner.

We are using the service provided by iDenfy which has strict data safety standards and will automate the process as much as possible. If it's successful you will see "verified" in green. However you may have problems with their system, in which case please contact us by email if you have any trouble and we will do our best to get you verified.

If you change the payment information or your personal information you will have to complete the verification process again.
Sometimes the iDenfy ID scanning doesn't read your name correctly. In that case please contact us and we will correct any mistakes.

I think I would have less of a problem (but still a problem) with this if there was one central, regulated authority, verifying your ID through your home country's system, so you didn't have to do it over and over again at multiple different verification services, of unknown trustworthiness, sprouting up in every country.

90% of affiliates are small, making their $100 min payout every few months, for this to be an anti-money-laundering risk is ridiculous & comical

Affiliates & sponsors need to push back to this government overreach, question things, all payments are paper trails, so ML through sponsors is absolute nonsense.

See, you promote some site and you don't even know the real names of its owners, their physical living addresses etc. That's not a good idea to send your traffic to some unknown sites operated by a bunch unknown dudes. Are you sure they are not criminals and their business is 100% legit?

For example, you send your traffic to some unknown site operated by unknown people and once upon a time police knocks at your door and ask you why you placed a link to a site, which sells/distributes/propagandize drugs, assassinations, child porn, gambling, terrorism etc.

What will you tell to the police officers in such a case? You will say you were deceived and used by a group of... WHO? A group of WHO? How will you protect yourself if you just don't know them and never seen their IDs?

So ALWAYS ask for IDs (passport and driving license scans along with the proofs of their residency) of the site operators (affiliate program owners etc).

We live in a very complicated world, so don't push any program is you have no their ID scans on file.

Thus, if some affiliate program asks for your ID, they have a right to do so, but ONLY if they send you their IDs first. You know that even a police officer or FBI/FSB agent can't check your ID if he hasn't shoved your his own police token first.

Don't be an idiot and NEVER send your personal info to anyone who you don't know. So my advice is to say FUCK OFF to all those shady affiliate programs that ask for your docs.

I don't have answers for you guys but in my experience fraudulent affiliates in different parts of the world have zero issues about providing photo ID's. They will try to submit everything that is required to get paid for bad sales even. It's crazy.

United States: Pursuant to the USA Patriot Act of 2001, the Secretary of the Treasury was required to finalize regulations before October 26, 2002 making KYC mandatory for all US banks. The related processes are required to conform to a customer identification program

Yes, exactly this. If the affiliate can deposit a check or receive an ACH or wire at their bank, the bank, at least in the USA, like it or not, has already fully complied with KYC.

I am in favour of all affiliate prorgrams moving to a tax paradise with sunny beaches, without rules and start paying in USDT coins and ask nothing. So i can stake them for 7% interest. Than we finally also make money from payment systems instead of it costing money with negative interest in Europe and bank cost.

as an affiliate you are not processing and not a customer either...therefore i do not see a point where the mastercard/visa regulation kicks in..the payment from the sponsor to affiliate is another cup of tea..
