Paxum are Just Making me Fool

I Withdraw my fund on 06/08/2022 and still didn't get in my bank
see how they are making me fool
at first, they told me the transaction is in the process
then next day they told me the transaction is done and pending from my bank's end I went to my bank and ask about it, and they told me we don't have any incoming wire in your AC
then I replay to Paxum the same thing so they change their statement, in the next mail they told me the transaction is pending from our side and we are working on it,
and I am asking them for wire trace details but they are not ready to give me that detail,
and after a long time on 08/09/2022, I got mail that the transaction is already validated from Paxum side and they are asking me to charge for 45 EUR to recall the wire, funny this is the transaction still showing pending in Paxum account, and the app
so you can understand how they are playing with my money
I don't understand what to do,
the last way I will take legal action on Paxum as per the above details its 100% clear they are doing fraud on me

I don't have any problem with Paxum. When i get my pay mail from CB, it's on my Paxum account, and then i make a Euro EFT transfer, and then it's instant on my bank account.

A few people that we work with told me that Paxum customer support and you are not answering their emails after shutting down their accounts.

yeah, epassporte, firstchoice, epayments were also called legitimate by people until they lost thousands and in some cases hundreds of thousands.

Well, paxum is now operative for 12 years, which is considerably longer then all those mentioned, and they seems to be immune to complete failure. But yes, it is annoying how stressful situations happening too often, which is something what shouldn't happen at all.

I've had wires take over 1 month with my mainstream bank and all they did was give me a tracking number for the receiving bank and told me to wait, that it would be credited on one side or the other eventually. These things sometimes happen with SWIFT transfers

This is a copy/paste of my response regarding Paxum over at Xbiz:

Maybe its time that you research what regulatory agencies in Canada, Romania, USA and Dominica provide oversight for banks and payment processing services like PAXUM. You have the right to file formal complaints with both. What is important is that you create a clear timeline of events and have documentation to support your claims.

You're patience is amazing. I really suggest you find Octav's direct email and let him know what is happening, and how many calendar days you are providing his company to resolve everything in your favor.

Or ... you can search up Lyudmila Postolnikova in California, who is rumored to be a stake holder in Paxum. I think she is in the San Francisco area.
