Can't pass KYC at AWE

We can't pass KYC at AWE. the account is in my buddy's name who owns 50% of the company.

His name is CHRISTOPHER but registered the account as CHRIS, the name he uses in daily life
They don't accept the passport because it says CHRISTOPHER. Last name and other info is correct

and they won't let us change the name of the account to CHRISTOPHER because that's accountholder change, and that's forbidden they say.

Ridiculous.

Any advice?

The first name on the account is STAN the First Name on the Passport is conSTANt

Stan is short for Constant

For real? not for a bank under the Patriot Act penalty, but for an adult affiliate program, which has no office to visit and you even don't know anything about the people who work there? they owe you the money, while you owe them nothing. So it you who have to ask for their docs, not them.

In my country I don't have to show my docs even to a police officer before he shows me his official id with a photo, position, department address and full name. I have even a right to take a picture of it and only after that I can show my id.

Do you really send your personal info to a some unknown online company that sells porn? Huh

They asked for my personal ID (front/back) as well as my wife's ID (front/back), completed W-9's for both of us (not the business) as well as proof of my home address (not the business address).

They owe me $20K so I played ball and submitted the required documents but they rejected something each time. I kept submitting documents to satisfy their requirements and they finally rejected my phone bill because they said it was missing several pages even though the main page clearly showed my address.

This is a bunch of scammer bullshit and my guess is they are trying to figure out a clever way not to pay their affiliates. I removed all their ads and requested the final payment. It's unfortunate that they have a bunch of idiots working for them who act like robots.

But I am getting worried now.
They have rejected it again.

I have tried to change the First name from Stan To Constant, then they reject it because account holder change is not allowed, even though it is not an account holder change.

And if I upload the pasport they reject it because the first name is not the same.


AWE could you please explain to me why Changing the first name from Chris to Christopher would be allowed? But From Stan To Constant not.
I have even sent support the link where it says that in Holland Stan is short for Constant and Constantijn.
