DMCA Aamir Shabbir

Aamir Shabbir is sending fraudulent DMCA removal requests to google for some of my URL's.

Here are his DMCA removals
https://lumendatabase.org/faceted_se...=Aamir+Shabbir

Does anyone have a contact for him? It seems he is handling a lot of onlyfans models, and he is DMCA'ing everything with their name on it.

They are international criminal organizations that are dedicated to doing this.

Some charge by volume of urls removed, and will spam any url they find with a similar name even if there is nothing to dmca about. They didn't even check it directly.

The day that people stop paying these companies, the volume of real pirated content will surely disappear, because they are the same ones who later pirate content so that their money wheel continues to spin. They are people who live directly from piracy.

If he is their agent then he must act. If you are using their stuff " just because you can", the answer is "no you cannot".

I actually looked up the Lumen record for this individual (killing time till my friends arrive to help me start the move to a new apt) and one of the 'infringing' URLs is fancentro lol

they really are just throwing ish at the wall to see what sticks, and as Adtrafic wrote above, if they get paid per DMCA there's a financial incentive to do so. don't get me wrong, sites like camwhores et al need to die in a fire. but DMCA'ing other sites that a performer uses? that's just fuckery

as soon as someone reports a site like fancentro they should be instantly banned from reporting sites

absolutely, as this logically would be the actual models account, the content would or should be their own content

Totally agree.

I wish all webmasters with legit content would aggressively counter all these false claims. The less effective bot DMCA spray is, the fewer models will that is a service that should totally be stealing their money. I hate the way these supposed services exploit models.

Many of us do counter them. Many models are also morons and don't see an issue with the 20 scenes they shot for Brazzers or Naughty America or whatever disappearing from Google results especially as long as their OF / IG / Twitter are in the top 5.. and also don't realize that if someone ever did file suit for the false claims, these shady companies will very quickly shift the blame to them.

really DMCA co's that target performers are just a hustle. this isn't the first time one has done a blanket "DMCA everything with one's name on it". fuck, a few years back I remember a performer hired a co that DMCA'ed all her clips4sale content. and she paid upfront for that bullshit and hassle. and that 'company' used a camgirl as a figurehead. they've been mentioned here a few times in the past, over fraudulent DMCAs for camsite APIs and such

performers aren't the enemy, these craptastic DMCA companies (I picture some dude in his mom's basement) are the villains preying on the under-educated

I don't think performers are stupid (you gotta be smart to succeed in this biz long term) just many aren't savvy about these parasite companies. they see their stuff on illegal tubes and hire some loser who doesn't know wtf they are doing. if they're not affiliates themselves they prob don't even know how legit affs monetize

I've never received a DMCA but have def sent out a few myself over the years regarding pirated content. it's not that hard. never received one as I don't engage in piracy or user uploads (aka piracy)

as the industry shifts towards performers handling their own content, they need education on how stuff works on the back end, not hate

and def counter every false DCMA as Amelia pointed out. these peeps get enough valid counters they'll be out of biz real quick

Sadly, true. It is in the interest of these companies to allow models to believe DMCA is something completely different from what DMCA is. So the models give their hard-earned money to these DMCA bots and don't realize they are alienating people they want to work with again and paying to DMCA things in Google but not on the actual site and, as you pointed out, making themselves vulnerable to lawsuits. Models are really being exploited and, of course, it isxa headache for anyone who runs a site as well.

Totally agree. The companies preying on models not knowing seem to prefer to present really inaccurate things about what DMCA is supposed to be and then models repeat these falsehoods to one another because where are they supposed to learn United States law, in between every it takes to be a successful model?

I've had one of my sponsors legal department filing counter notices on my behalf and I still get notices from the same agencies.

I think what could make a difference is that after the counter notice is filed a webmaster brings them to court (step 3). These dmca cowboys expect counters now and again, they don't expect anyone to go up the next level.

I've had these idiots and others like DMCA Force actually report things like press releases that the people paid a publicist to write and send out.

They are about to be sadly mistaken because these guys are starting to DMCA major production companies like Brazzers for the scenes their clients did for those companies.

You can only poke a bear so many times before it bites back.
