Any of you guys into 'Lucid Dreaming'? I've developed a simple quick method
The video above is the kinda advice you get on youtube. Which, while plausible, is also extremely complicated and difficult to follow. It involves you doing all sorts of weird things during the day, to see if you can remember to do them at night while asleep, like holding your nose and trying to breath, and if you can, then you are dreaming etc, but it wants you to do this for real during your normal day, to get in the habit etc, and its really a bit of a performance... Skip through the above video, to see all the steps and complications he suggests you need to do... Plus, once you are aware that you ARE dreaming, then what? Using his method, you would simply be able to think - OK I'm dreaming - I'll have 2 girls appear from nowhere so I can fuck them, and if they did, youd be so surprised at the unusualness of the situation, you'd probably wake straight up and think 'Fucking Hell - It Worked!' - Yet you wouldn't have actually have got to fuck the girls though, if you get me... Now I've developed my own method for lucid dreaming that's really simple - No it DOESN'T involve shitting the bed - I'm actually being serious for once. Not only does it take just 5 mins a day, right before you go to sleep, but it uses an everyday object, that connects you to the dream. This way, when you do realise you are in a lucid dream, it ISN'T a shock, and you realise you have infinite money to do whatever you want to do... My method will take about 5 nights to start happening - I've been doing it regularly & easily for the last few months or so... So I wondered if anyone else did lucid dreaming, and also if anyone is interested in my sharing my simple method? I will type it out if people are actually interested, prepared to try it, and happy to report back their results in this thread? If its not something that people would want to try, I'll save myself the typing Anyhoo, over to you . |

I am very much into lucied dreaming.
Every night, just before bed, I watch 5 minutes of "I Love Lucy". Then for the rest of the night, while sleeping, I get to watch Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel for 6-8 hours straight. I wake up every morning saying "U got some splainin to do." . |

I am into lucid dreaming among other things. Be very interested in your techniques.
As a child I was able to even to realize I was in a dream and alter things around me - pretty cool. For all these years I've been able to do that never once did I turn the dream into something sexual it was always to learn about my surroundings and myself.

Add an outside stimulus. Ambient sounds that will remind you where you want to be.
Your mind will try to process this stimulus. Maybe see Mickey Mouse or a Dinosaur crapping on you. Being truthful, I fell to sleep listening to Lex Friedman talking to an Astronomer. I was dreaming this annoying dude was following me and talking my ear off.

OK, well I'm waiting for stuff to upload, I have some time and I'll give it a go - This is what I do - (an abridged version) Obviously, you'll need to adapt it to your personal circumstance, but I'll explain how I do it... I'm obviously explaining more to others than to you personally, as you said you can already do it, but here's how I do it for those that can't...
The 'Everyday Object' I mention is your phone - Something that you carry with you - Look after, and is almost 'a part of you'... Whenever I'm out and about in real life I carry my phone in my left pants pocket - Pulling it out, and putting it away is like muscle memory. I also have a flip cover on my phone that contains a couple of cards - I can also pay on my phone in stores too if required. So, obviously your phone may not have a cover, or you may not carry cards with it etc, but that's not the important part... You'll need to adapt to your personal circumstance... Now, here is the method. (Also, you don't have to do EXACTLY what I say, (regarding the scenarios for what you do with your phone) exactly as I've typed it, but hopefully you'll get the idea...) Phase 1: This is the key to all of it! - As you are about to go to sleep imagine your phone in your pocket, and imagine taking it out. throw your phone as far as you can! Watch it sail through the air, but reach in your pocket, and there's your phone. Now take out your phone and hit it with a hammer, or on the table. BREAK IT. Even though your broken phone is still on the table / floor, reach into your pocket, take out your phone. Drop it off a high bridge over water - Wait for the splash, or dont - Your phone is back in your pocket... In this series of quick scenarios you run through your brain, the point is that whatever happens to your phone, it is always back in your pocket! That's what we are trying to establish... This time, before you break it, throw it, drop it, fling it, toss it in front of a truck, post it down a drain etc, LOOK at it - Its your phone, EXACTLY as it looks in real life, but it has an 'Infinity' symbol on it... It can be on the cover (if you have one) or on the screen as wallpaper, or whatever... You just need to establish that this 'magical phone, that always appears in your pocket whenever it leaves your hand, looks, feels, (smells!) exactly like your IRL phone, ASIDE FROM THAT SYMBOL... And that's 'Phase one' Just keep imagining doing that to your phone, (with the infinity symbol) over and over again, until you fall asleep for the first 3 nights or so... Phase 2: Now add into your bedtime imaginings / nightly routine, that you want to purchase something with your phone - Be it using the phone itself (apple Pay etc) or with a bank card you keep with it, or whatever fits your real life use scenario. Notice that as you pay, your card has the infinity symbol on it, or the phone glows with that symbol etc... And whatever you wanted to pay for, has been paid for - Infinity Phone / Symbol = Infinite money. Enjoy paying for different things in between throwing you phone away and finding it in your pocket... Hell you can just leave the phone behind when you pay for stuff, because guess what? It's right there in your pocket when you reach for it... Enjoy this new addition to your nighttime routine for the next few nights... Phase 3: Add in cash! Need cash for something? Right there, in your pocket, RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR PHONE is a wad of notes - Just pull it out! Not enough? Just reach in and take another wad out - again and and again, until you have what you need - Someone gives you change? Just chuck it away - You don't need it - Your phone and cash are ALWAYS in your pocket - And whenever you take one or both out of your pocket, and they leave your hand, they are back in your pocket... So as you go to sleep, imagine throwing away your phone, having an infinity limit on your cards (or apple pay) having a never ending supply of cash, and being able to purchase whatever you want... And that's it! That's all you need to do...!!! HOW & WHY THIS WORKS: So how / why does this work, and why does it activate lucid dreaming? Well, its like this - You know I've been telling you to keep throwing your phone away, over and over again, in between everything else that you do? Well its a muscle memory thing - You reach for your phone in your imagination, over and over again, exactly the way you do in real life... And, because you are constantly reaching for it (Be it to throw it under a truck, or drop it off a cliff, or to pay for a lamborghini) You'll find that you start reaching for it in your dream ! Then, when you do, it's not a shock - Just muscle memory, but you look at your phone and see the infinity symbol on it, and that's enough to let you know that you are dreaming, without waking you up... And then, the world's your oyster! Took me about a week and a half for it to really kick in, but when it did, WOW! amazing ! I was just in the street, doing nothing out of the ordinary, and I reached for my phone as I do IRL & have been doing before bed, looked at it, and saw the infinity symbol! Id already 'rehearsed' this scenario over and over again, so it wasn't a shock, and that was the beginning of my first proper lucid dream... I won't tell you anymore about the dream, other than I knew I was dreaming, I knew that there were no consequences to my actions (From the continual destruction of my phone that I'd been rehearsing) and I had unlimited credit / cash to do whatever I wanted... It was fantastic! After a few weeks or so, I didn't really need to 'practise anymore' as Id lay down, imagine throwing my phone away, and then Id actually have fallen asleep doing the exercise, and begun dreaming! So simple and easy! That's why I thought Id share this on here! Enjoy! Any questions, I'll try and answer Report back when you've had your first lucid dream ! (Note Im Not Flying My Sig, Because I'm 100% Serious) . |

This started long ago probably when I was 12 and driving with my mom. I actually had a lucid dream and felt my body rise above myself and the car and begin to fly over the car. At the time I felt scared and crashed back in. Afterwards I could re-enact how my mind was and accomplish it again. It seems that when I set my mind before bed to recognize my surroundings I am able to in the dream. So most dreams I can notice small things that seem different whether it's colors or just my hands. I will look up and begin to think if this could be really happening or something else. Then when I realize an object or person is off - my mind can actually shift to the reality that I am in a dream and to focus on what it is I am to learn or experience then proceed. I think at one time I had one a week for 4 weeks after my brother died. Walking and talking to him - shifting through time experiencing times together - each one I was aware of the dream. Other times I can be in a room with my kids - close my eyes and put myself into a lucid dream. Not until kids or wife shake me that I realize I slipped into it... but it was real. I watched the video and saw your description - and I'm happy that works - but as said - for me I don't require it - my mind automatically tells me it's a dream

As said - oddly enough never have I used it for my own desires or self gratification but only self awareness and knowledge. Guess I didn't want to misuse the ability to alter my dreams in anyways. I can still remember my first dream as a kid - running from this horrible monster during winter. I was terrified until my mind told me - this creature should not exist. I agreed and decided to stop running - I turned - and started running right for the monster. I went straight through it as if it was a cloud and suddenly I was on a hill with tall grass around - one tree and a bunch of chairs. Then several people I never knew sat down and I started asking questions. It was then I realized how to recognize lucid dreams.
