How much would you pay or the "GOING RATE" is for
someone from 3rd world country to download video from xvidoes and re title it like "episode 1.mp4, episode2.mp4"

PRO - TIP: Regardless of the amount that the 'Going Rate' actually is...
Pay them LESS than 'the going rate', then give them a little extra (ie make it up to the going rate) for a 'Job Well Done'... That way they are still getting the money, but look at you as a generous boss who appreciates his workers - As opposed to a rich white guy who is trying to rip them off... Carrot & Stick - All Psychology...  |

I'm pretty sure there is software easily available that can do the same thing for next to nothing.
eg start with https://info.xvideos.com/db and get full database of 7 million - use the URL's and a piece of software similar to if not ITubeGo you enter all the URL's and it will automatically download every video into whatever format you want.
