site certificate after installing new NIC

I recently had a new network interface card installed and now some sites are saying
"not secure.. this site does not have a certificate"

Hardware changes shouldn't interfere with SSL certificates. So what about changing hosting, then?

Somebody must have messed up with the SSL, or it expired. I recommend reissuing the SSL certificate in that case.

Have you looked at the certificates?

Have you visited your sites from a different machine/browser? Are your sites secure when you use your phone?
