What does it say? Wells Fargo Bank SOMETHING? Is it the SOMETHING you are questioning or the overall stamp itself?

Yes, I am questioning that SOMETHING. But also, why would bank put their stamp on banknotes?

I've never seen anything like this. Do you think there might be a problem?

although, if banks stamp the note, iŽd have never thought the bank would be allowed to deface the "Queen", usually seen on most notes... although, about these notes, the blue ink usually means the notes are fake, yellow is legit

There's a Wells Fargo bank in Moorestown, NJ. Probably came out of that bank. Not sure why they would stamp it, though...but it doesn't look counterfeit or anything.
