What does it say? Wells Fargo Bank SOMETHING? Is it the SOMETHING you are questioning or the overall stamp itself?

Yes, I am questioning that SOMETHING. But also, why would bank put their stamp on banknotes?

Well in the UK banks often use a stamp on notes as a method of keep track of stacks of money that have been counted. Say you are counting out 1000 in denominations of 10 - Make a pile of 10 notes, & check it - Yes 10 notes in that pile - Stamp the top note - Another Pile etc etc till ten piles sit before you, ready to be put together and have a paperband round that says 1000.

OK, not so much these days, when its mostly machines doing the counting, but certainly how they used to do it in the past... Could be that and its an old note?

No idea what the 'SOMETHING' says... My Eyes are SHIT these days...

I've never seen anything like this. Do you think there might be a problem?

the something is "Moorestown"

although, if banks stamp the note, iŽd have never thought the bank would be allowed to deface the "Queen", usually seen on most notes...

although, about these notes, the blue ink usually means the notes are fake, yellow is legit

There's a Wells Fargo bank in Moorestown, NJ. Probably came out of that bank. Not sure why they would stamp it, though...but it doesn't look counterfeit or anything.
