Yeah well thing with the hair, was also coz I am such an ugly fucker. If you saw me and my wife together, there's no way in hell you would think she was 'with' me - (let alone married to me!) Everyone assumed that I must be her security guy, so I leant into it and had the red mohawk.

That pic is from a 'Porn People Only' gathering, so it's just hanging loose. Had you seen me at a public event like the AVNs etc, it would have been standing up in spikes !

As I say, less of a fashion statement - More of a helping hand

I adopted that haircut around the first time I set foot stateside in early 1999 - Once I had divorced in 05, it went back to 'Normal' - In Amsterdam, I had been letting it grow out for a few years, simply for a change...

Then I went back to a neat, military style flat-top, which I still sport today

Believe it or not, it WAS random - Because its a pic taken of me from behind, that I never knew had been taken.

& a close up of my face cutting out lay, has been used for my avatar here in the past...

But aside from that image, and perhaps a couple (at most) that I know about, where I have been caught in the background or part of a group shot - To my knowledge no other pics of me exist...

My dear friend - you look good and I would never assume the two of you weren't together. You had it going on and had the bad boy image working for you. I only wished that at one of the trade shows I had spent more time with you and got to know you better.

Thanks mate - Thing is though, it was true that whenever we were at a public event (Meet & Greet etc) I was always falling fowl of security. Why am I in this area? Why am I taking photos? Who am I ? etc etc...

That's my wife, was my genuine reply. Yeah right, as if... No really, what are you doing here? I'm gonna have to ask you to leave - Where is your entry ticket? I dont have an entry ticket mate, that's my wife, we were brought in through the back door - Yeah sure you were... Do I need to call for backup? etc etc...

We would then have to play an elaborate game where I would have to try and get Lays attention across a crowded room, and point to ring fingers (She understood that signal as it happened so often) where she would point to her ring finger and give us an exaggerated 'Thumbs Up' sign, or even if she was a bit nearer, yell 'Married Yes?' to which she would shout YES! back etc... (Destroying the illusion that she was 'Single & Available' to any and all fans who were waiting in line to meet her)

Messy & annoying... However, once I began just saying 'Im her Security' that was fine - No more questions, not a second glance - Guy would just go on to the next person and ask them what they were doing...

Never happened at more industry lead events of course - Even people who didn't 'know me' knew my hair and knew I was always at those events, or if it was something official like the AVN show, Id be issued an 'access all areas' badge with the two red ribbons they used to use, so no problems there...

But if I could have a dollar for everytime some security challenged me at a more public event, I wouldnt be saying 'i cunt a4d...' all the time

Well that explains it - a public event where people have more "higher" standards in their own minds as to who a husband would be especially if they are given the impression that she wasn't married to begin with.

Adult trade shows would be easier since we're all use to attractive porn stars married or dating guys we'd be surprised to see. I won't go down the list but there were a few where you'd wonder - how the hell did these two ever get together? Yet you respected them none the less.

Seriously even today if you went to a meet and greet and say someone like Selena Gomez was dating a guy privately - no matter what he looked like - he'd have the same problem as you did. No one heard of him - he wasn't in a video and she never spoke in an interview about you.

That being said - that would not be a mistake I would make - the two of you looked great together and you definitely could hold your own.
