Version 3.5 does not, version 4.0 (paid) does, but its not that great quality. I believe you can use Bing + Skype's BingBot (which uses ChatGPT) to make requests though and I believe Bard has web enabled.

Well, consider that most websites are supported by advertisers. When an Ai reads a page for you and summarizes the answer, that website owner and their advertisers get screwed.
