Trouble with Wire Transfer: Seeking Help with Payment Issue

In July, I received a wire transfer to my bank in Australia, but the payment was sent to the wrong SWIFT / Bank Identifier Code (BIC).
I am waiting patiently for this issue to be resolved. Previously, I have never encountered any errors with payments.

Since this involves a major cam company that handles many transactions at the end of each payment period, I would have expected this process to be fully automated using stored data.
Curious to ask.

Yes, of course. The issue is from last month, and the sending party are still trying to recall the wire. I am just trying to get an answer from someone knowledgeable about whether international wire transfers are processed with manually entered data each time. I would have assumed that this is not the case, and in my decade of experience, I have never heard of this happening with any other affiliate.
