A question about lumendatabase

Hello,

Each time I get a false DMCA notice, I always fill the counter notice. And google will reinstate the affected URLs after 10 days. But when I check lumendatabase later, I see the record is still there even if google already reinstated my URLs in SERPs.

Can someone tell me how to have lumendatabase remove the records after you successfully filled the counter-notice?

I saw some affiliates have 0 record on lumendatabase. They fill the counter notice regularly. How did they do that?

Thanks.
