Fly to the country... bring a camera, go into the Red Light District but don't film anyone who doesn't want to be filmed.

Make friends with some of the girls, buy a few drinks, talk to the taxi drivers. They might know the exact clubs or bars you need to go to.

For those asking, no I don't bait and switch. I do genuinely use tinder to go on dates and such. I do actually take girls out with tinder. If I feel like a girl may be a bit of a hoe, I may ask indirect questions about what she thinks about onlyfans, making money doing sex videos and gauge her feelings about it before even asking her if she personally would do it. Youre reinventing the wheel dude. All the Filipina models I film are in america. There's lots of them for booking in model agency. Occasionally there's even native American models. Just pay the booking and be safe(r) in america. At least your model release is somewhat valid in america. Genuinely curious to hear the answer to this. My answer is a poor work ethic, since it does take time to actually produce content for OF and to edit and market it. Vs. just an hour or so of sex for $$$. So OF requires a lot more time, rather than just fucking for money
