globoSALE.net is a good and reliable european payment provider based in Switzerland. They are not allied in any way with Globill. I can highly recommend them!

Just use epoch or ccbill or get your own MA, stay away from small third party billers, as they will be gone sooner or later.

I worked for them (globoSALE.net) and I was one of the founders (I left them two weeks ago for private reasons). Therefore I know that they are reliable. They take merchants from all over the world and you don't need to pay any Visa/Mastercard signup fees. They will survive! If you'd like to go for a European processor you should choose globoSALE.net

Hasnt Verotel always been a Netherlands based company?

Didnt Globill flee offshore to avoid Visa fees?

Dont the Visa fees only apply to North American based processors so far?

yes, i believe so

apparently it doesnt matter where you are anymore....if visa doesnt like what you are doing, they have absolute power over the banks that collect for you.
hence, my statement about verotel.

Yes! I forgot about them. I think they will go down because of their shitty rules, and no customer service. They don't seem to want business, is the impression I got with them.

I predict in a year Webcash, DMR, and Lancelot will be the only ones left standing.

Yes they did, but not anymore (or at least soon). Visa International will also force EU merchants to comply with the same rules and regulations.

CAn you point me to something that says when and if Visa Int will start enforcing these rules?

I don't think anyone knows. I talked to a few processors that give the same spiel "at this time Visa does not require you to pay fees to them if you are using EU processors" blah blah blah.
It is the "at this time" I always worry about.

This goes back to a meeting VISA had with the global banking regions. All but one region rejected VISA's "plans" - the exception was North America. The result of this, among other things, is the $750 fee.

No other banking regions up to this point have "given in" to VISA and accepted their proposals. (The EU banking region is not in agreement with VISA.) Until that day happens, I doubt there will be any "fees". But wait till Monday!

well, i used globosale as primary cc processor ... setup was very easy and people were kinda helpful, they accept all major cards and shit, but their signup pages were crap, user had to click on checkbox saying - yes, i want to rebill ...

now it seems to be changed so i may try them again as a primary processor, since they're not US based and that means no VISA and MC regulations, yet ;-)
