Spam / Virus blocking pop3 client?
I've got an account with 40,000 emails waiting to be downloaded, most of which are sobig, need some sort of pop3 client that will recognize it & just delete it at the server, & download my legit mail.
Any suggestions?

Someone pointed me to mail washer, it checks and deteles emails before you download them.

Try MaillWasher Pro:
http://www.firetrust.com/index.php Download the trial , it's a full version. Before connecting to your mail server with MailWasher enter the filter for sobig.f: Subject: Re: Details Re: Approved Re: Re: My details Re: Thank you! Re: That movie Re: Wicked screensaver Re: Your application Thank you! Your details MailWasher will mark all messages above for deletion. i use foxmail, which will login and read all the subjects then you can choose which ones to download and which to delete
its a tool "mailbox manager" |
