Spam / Virus blocking pop3 client?

I've got an account with 40,000 emails waiting to be downloaded, most of which are sobig, need some sort of pop3 client that will recognize it & just delete it at the server, & download my legit mail.

Any suggestions?

Try MaillWasher Pro:

http://www.firetrust.com/index.php

Download the trial , it's a full version. Before connecting to your mail server with MailWasher enter the filter for sobig.f:

Subject:

Re: Details
Re: Approved
Re: Re: My details

Re: Wicked screensaver
Re: Your application
Thank you!
Your details

MailWasher will mark all messages above for deletion. When you click process mail, it will delete all related mail from the server. Thereafter, start your e-mail client and get your messages.
