:mad GoDaddy = Goshitty yet again

adultgods.com has been over taken by godaddy. yet another domain stolen from people, this means no more sig monkey, well for now ways since it was hosted from that domain, my mate emailed them but no reply so looks like that do not care, if my mate was in the Us, im sure he would have called them already

Try to transfer the domain,if they won't allow that send them a letter/e-mail that you will contact your lawyer if they won't let you do that.

I registered my domains through one of their resellers who registers them through their reseller service wildwest domains,I hope I won't have any problems in the future (using them for ~2 years now).

Last week my main domain with them came up for renewal and it didn't go through and I lost it despite numerous e-mails and attempts to pay to renew

I think once it got within a day or two and the online renew wasn't working I'd have been on the phone with them doing it manually.

Damn. All my domains are registered with godaddy. Is it only adult domains being seized so far ?

Is there any reason at all they can justify what they're doing ? I mean, I don't send any emails through my domains, does that mean I'm safe or not ?

I can't afford to move the domains anyway

this is not the first thread about them doing this. apparently they charge $80 to get it back. this accusation is completely bogus since only the host company can check it's traffic records to determine if the person is truly spamming or not, there's no way for godaddy to know this

any consensus on a good place to transfer/register? I have 20names on godaddy.com. I too had a problem renewing a domain name, they wanted $80 for me to take it out of the hold/pending delete. Thieves...

who here has enough time to start www.godaddysucks.com??? Do you think Godaddy would allow someone to register that?

Call them or hahahahaha them that you'll contact your lawyer if they won't let you transfer or use your domain again.

It's the only way to deal with those people otherwise they'll keep on telling you bullshit like that they have an evidence that you did spam,blah...

I have gone off about these fucks in the past.

DO NOT USE GODADDY!

Use a company that is friendly to the adult world. Dotster, DomainNameSystems, and even Network Solutions.

GoDaddy jacked numerous domains from me, and extorted me for hundreds of dollars to get them back. I did not get them back until I finally got my lawyers involved.
