Virus, or spyware or shit like that might it be? and anyone know how to get rid of it or find it?

http://www.spysweeper.org/ is great for spyware.. better than S&D
Use Nortons, updated for virus... Defrag your drive, not just with Window Defragger. Get an evaluation copy of Diskeeper... will make your PC run like it's new.
