Did you play sports as a kid? were you any good?
and what was it that motivated you the most to perform?
was it a song? if so wich one? was it a saying? if so wich one? was it a coach? if so why? was there any slogans or sayings, that you remeber that helped push you to your limits more than others? if so what was it? i.e. " NO PAIN , NO GAIN" or "excuses are for the weak" or "GO BIG , OR GO HOME" etc..... |

I ran cross country and track... I only did it to get out of the house..my step mom was a total bitch.
I should have been in gymnastics..but never pursued it. |

I played softball. I was so happy when I got to play short stop. It was fun and I even got a trophy for it.

I played baseball, track, judo and martial arts tourneys. My biggest motivation was that I don't like to lose and I don't like to be second.
Testosterone is your biggest motivator. Play hard or go home because you're wasting your time with anything less than 100%

I was an 8th in state gynmast at 15, played hs volleyball for 3 years after that and skated ramps through college.

basketball, but my stint as a a future star was made short when i got severly injured, got a torn ligament, right foot. though i constantly play basketball once in a while, but not with the old intensity anymore. for the love of sport
