Cogentco, LOL I would never put a client on Cogentco, it's not fair to them and their business. Cogentco has 1 Peering arrangement with Above.net. Anyway cogent will be adding a new private peering agreement with uunet soon which also has an excellent network with perfect europeanand international presence. Needless to say that, as we're talking about private peering agreements, not all traffic goes over above.net's backbone.
