MSNBC Did a series of stories about it. Instead of charging for access to their web cams the teenies they profiled were taking requests in exchange for deposits into their Paypal accounts. Some were sending out panties or polaroids in exchange for "gifts" of jewelry, clothes, perfume etc. mailed to their post office boxes. Some of the girls have had "fans" waiting for them at their post office box when they went to check for gifts. Some have been stalked at their homes and schools. But the lure of floods of free stuff is making it a big deal.

I think you'll find that the majority of models in major fashion magazines are actually quite young. I'm not saying it's right but people have been making money by showing off some skin of young girls for a long time in well established industries.

Yeah, those girls are really that age. He did a "modeling scout" thing all over the US and picked these girls from 100's of applications. It's all legal (he has modeling releases signed by their parents, etc.) and it IS making a lot of money.

I have to confess to owning a huge non nude network of sites which pluck traffic from areas not displaying adult material. If you type cute girl or young teens in any search engine you will almost certainly get one of my non nude pages not directly linking to porn. I am of course leaching on the back of this traffic to feed real teen adult sites where the girls are 18+ and it works. Not all of this traffic is looking for underage girls, many just enter the search chain out of curiosity and are therefore easily attracted to a good teen site. Actually, I was one that helped encourage them to get it going. It's her boyfriend who takes all of the pics of her. Years ago, they submitted some to me, asking me to post them, which started to stir up some interest in her, from there, they decided to capitalize on it, getting a site together, they went out in a limb and now they're what they are today.

Her parents didn't know anything about it. As far as the design goes, if I recall, they had someone do it for them as a trade or favor, they didn't pay for it. I don't know if it's still the same nowadays.

As far as the nude shots goes, when the first batch of those were taken, she was actually only 17. Word started getting back to her hometown about what she was doing, that's why the site was down for a while, if memory serves me correctly.

I haven't really been in contact with them much after they got their site going, but if you ask them who helped them get the whole thing started, they'll tell ya Slick did.
