Kid Red Productions is also excellent http://www.kidredproductions.com/ Both are kind of expensive... deluxe has some interesting work that isn't so expensive But then, I always prefer to do design work, however small or large, by myself and customise it to my likings. There must be nothing worse than hiring a graphic designer to find that they just can't get it right... |

http://www.webexxxtreme.com/index2.html is the best, but i didn't tried it b'cause i love to design it myself
For the cc processor, if you take a close look in this board you would find that ibill has a down time problem (the last time downed for 4 days), so go with ccbill  |
