Anyone have a Texas Apartment LEase handy?
I cant find mine :-) I need to know what the legal reasons for entering an apartment are.
The complex put notices on everyones door: ""We will be conducting an interior inspection on 50% of our units on thursday 3/10/05 and friday 3/11/05. The units to be inspected will be randomly chosen, so we do not know exactly what apartments will be inspected. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you, Management" According to the TAA website, they can only inspect if there is immediate danger. And I cant find my lease to check if they can enter with no reason. Thanks! |

Most leases in Texas have a some type 24-48hr. notice to inspect clause...
BTW I am a licensed realtor in Texas when I'm not selling porn...
