I do not know about all of them, but i took my GF and another model of mine to a shoot for http://www.hypnovideo.com/ a few weeks ago and it was all real. It was actualy alot of fun to watch and everyone had a good time on the shoot, but it is very real!

Yes they are legal, the real ones do not let the people go to far, plus if you know hypnosis, you know that you can not force a person to do something that they would not normally do. when hypnotized you will not go agaisnt your morals.

Now if you have no morals that is a different story
