I have been doing business with GFYers for a couple years and have never been called out or humiliated because of me not getting the job done. However, as posted in this thread:

GigiloJustin Takes it upon himself to call me out and say "FUCK YOU ACIDFLYERS" and it pisses me off.

First and foremost, if you wouldn't have procrastinated on ordering your flyers then maybe you would have had them on time. Your procrastination automatically became my emergency WHY? I would think that anyone throwing any party would think about marketing materials WELL IN ADVANCE and not a the last week before a party starts! Even for DESIGN and PRINT! I own Acidflyers not Jesusprint! We do a good job but miracles are not our forte'!

You placed the original order on July 29th for Design and Print of your flyers.

You ordered ON THE FUCKING 29TH OF JULY!!! My turnaround for design alone is 3-5 business days. So you automatically think you get priority over all of my other customers becuase you put into the notes that it was an emergency. Your inability and irresponsibility is what caused you not to get your jobs in time and not me or my company! I tried EVERYTHING in my power (even designed your job myself at home at night when I should have been enjoying my family instead).

You even indicate in your order that you apologize for the short notice (how nice of you to notice your own irresponsible actions, kudos, champ).


Now, you want to come to GFY trying to make me look like shit because YOU dropped the ball? I don't get it. Please explain to me how and why you expected special and rush service over the 200 - 300 orders I get on a daily basis? Do you feel holier-than-thou and that I should bend over backwards and delay all my other business because you chose to procrastinate? The 100+ other people that ordered stuff from me for Internext were 100% satisfied becuase THEY ORDERED THEIR STUFF AND GAVE ME AMPLE TIME TO COMPLETE THEIR JOBS!!!!!!! Want me to write it out in crayon if it's easier to understand?

On top of all of this, I realized that I wasn't going to be able to get the flyers to you in time (Thursday) so I even had one of my customer service people break into my office since I was out and email you the print ready versions so you could print them at Kinkos or another local print shop! I also gave you 100% of your money back on Friday and didn't charge you shit for the design. If you cancel orders with my company for design then I generally charge $45 cancellation fee. I GAVE YOU 100% OF YOUR FUCKING MONEY BACK INSTANTLY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!

So what this boils down to is that you're an irresponsible prick that expects the entire world to stop everything they're doing and bow down to your requests. If you don't choose to do business with my company ever again then that will probably benefit me because I won't have to deal with this undue stress you have caused me and my employees. You choose to slam me and my company because of all this and take it "to the boards". I don't respect people like you and if you ever do order from me again, I will immediatly cancel it. Better yet, I am going to just remove your account from my system.

You brought this shit to the boards so I figured that I had to show you who really was at fault.

He ordered before speaking to me. I would have probably told him no or at least tell him that I could get the design done and he could have it printed in Hollywood for the show. My site is riddled with my turnaround times for all of my products.

If you call me and let me know you need it in an emergency then I usually do what I can to get it out. He never called until after the order was placed and it became and emergency.

Customer is always right? More like buyers are liars.

Okay 1st off, I could have easily had them done at a local printshop but I was reccomended to you so I decided to give you a shot. I was told that this would not be a problem. If you couldn't get them done, why not just say no. I would have had no problem finding a company who knows how to do their job.

There is a 3-5 day turn around if I wanted U/V COAT, which I told your staff I did not. If you couldn't "work the miracle" you should have just told me so.

The problem wasn't with the job not getting done. Shit happens... no biggie right?

The problem was that when I talked to you..(if you're rob) you told me "THEY ARE ON THE PRINT RIGHT NOW. THEY WILL GO OUT TOMMORROW MORNING"

And then when I called back I was told by your employee .. Jason I think.. That Rob has the flyers and is on his way up from tampa to deliver them to me.

Then several hours later... I get a call saying that i'm being refunded, because you weren't able to print my cards.

Do you see the problem? Not that you didn't deliver. That I WAS LIED TO Multiplie times. The cards were never on the print, and you were never bringing them to me from Tampa. Explain that?

You never having a compliant is complete bull shit. Your employee's exact words over the phone were "I quit because of shit like this happening in the past, it doesn't suprise me that it's happening again"

Never having a complaint? I find that hard to believe, I heard a couple people talking about how they got business cards from you for free this time because you fucked them up last time. Your rep isn't as good as you think, most people just prefer not to call you out.

Oh yeah and about the FREE Design you gave me. Check your work. You fucked up, you listed different sponsors on the front of the flyer than you did on the back of the flyers? That's my fault too, right?

You do realize that problem wasn't that they didn't deliver right? The problem is 1st they told me they were on the print. Then they told me they were printed but not shipped, so rob was bringing them to me personally. Then I was told the truth.. THEY WERE NEVER PRINTED.

I'll take the blame for being the ASS who ordered the cards to late. I have no problem owning up to my part of the deal.

Bottom line is - They said it was not a problem, so I didnt feel a need to take my business else where. And then when they fucked up, instead of saying "Hey I fucked up" I got the run around.

Now lets see of HighOnAcid will check in with his employee's and be an honest man.

That's because I wasn't at my office and the only info I had was what my customer service people told me. I sent it to print myself but it was sent UV so I knew that it wasn't going to get done. I was still within my stated turnaround and could have been a dick and delivered your job and kept your money. Instead, I refuned 100% of your money. Matter of fact, I should send you out the flyers and contact my merchant account and charge you again but I'm not going to do something fucked up like that.

One of my customer service people quit because of shit happening like this before???? Not one single one of my customer service people EVER quit! If they did, they certainly wouldn't be working for me again. Please tell me, who said that? I find it highly comical that ANYONE on my staff would say that since it's not true. Maybe people got free business cards from me because I offered the FREE BUSINESS CARDS FOR INTERNEXT special. I'm not perfect, never said that I was. In printing shit happens and if I fuck up I fix it. i also called them on behalf of justin and they told me multiple times that they had "already been printed", they also gave us FAKE fedex tracking numbers.

do you make it a point to lie to all of your customers? do you frequently make up FAKE fedex tracking numbers? you never told us untill after the show had started that you didnt print our flyers! why didnt you just tell us you werent going tp print them so we could find an alternate vendor for our flyers? why did you keep lying to us ans stringing us along claiming this and that and the other thing?

you are a liar and a bad businessman. FACE IT!

if the notice was too short, why didnt you tell us that? why did you keep telling us they were either being printed, about ot be printed, or just got done being printed, or in the mail? why not just tell your customers the truth?

Lets do some simple math here...100's of satisfied customers and 1 upset one that ordered at the last minute design and UV print. Looks like the odds are against me here.

So if a customer sees on a company website: Design turnaround 3-5 business days and printing 48 hour turnaround, not including shipping times, would you blame yourself or the company if you placed the order BEFORE talking to anyone to ensure it would get done?

If I would have received any contact at first then I would have simply said no. Instead they placed the order and then called me after the fact.

He gave you a full refound ... and did a design . He could have just shipped your order, it would have came late, but it would have been your fault for ordering them at such a late time...

About him making errors in the design, YOU are responsible to find them ... Read the TOS ... I'm sure there is a line somewhere saying that once you approve it, it's your responsability. You also made TONS of errors in the email ... could have looked great on the flyer .hit happens . especially for that price (fast food design + print) . And if With fast food design/print, you gotta know you gotta double check everything ... and it's your responsability, not his.
