WMV encoding
I'm trying to encode DV to WMV 9 at 25fps 512x384 - 1500kbps bitratein premiere, the captured DV looks ok but I get this kind of "shutterred" effect when theres any fast motion on the finished WMV anyone know how to get rid of this ?

Are you 100% certain the DV was shot in PAL?
