AMD processor - best bang for the buck?
I need some new gear and have a little extra cash this month, SO, i want a new processor/mobo what is the best bang for the buck with AMD these days? Is the Athlon 64 cool to get? it runs on 64 bit right? does that fuck anything up? I found an Athlon 64 3200 with ECS Motherboard for $173/free shipping |

				 | AMD64 3500+, best bang for the buck. Do not settle for anything less than the 3500. Also, make sure you go with Socket 939. If you want a motherboard... I recommend either ASUS A8V Deluxe or Soltek K8T800-Pro939 (or the popular DFI Lanparty which is pimp but expensive) |

				 | I have the AMD 64 x2 3800+. It flies. Haven't tried Windows 64 bit though. Maybe after Office comes out with a 64 bit version.
