Hi guys and gals, I wanted to make an announcement, and NO it is NOT spam, because I am not selling a damn thing. I am showing something off that is very important to me. I want to first thank our three newest additions to our team at Varadox:

3Jane....... My Director of Marketing: GOD woman, you created this vision for the new design and it was taken a bit further and this most amazing baby was born from YOUR visions. Your work has meant so very much to me, our company and to everyone else on the team. You are the best of the best woman. Mustn't leave out that wonderful hubby of yours who has been so patient with the countless hours you have put in for me on this project.

railz......... My Author: you are one of the most amazing writers I have seen in awhile. Seems no matter what I throw at you, on the fly or whatever, you always come thru with flying colors and your work has meant so much to me.

Dolleyes...... you are the newest addition to our team and I am so proud of you for stepping into an already working company and bringing so many visions with you. You are awesome as well and I am enjoying watching you work.

I can't leave out our designer!! This guy is so amazing with his work and what he has done on this site has literally taken my breath. I am so proud of him as well. I don't think he surfs the boards, but without his work, it couldn't have been made possible... so wherever you are, babe...... you are awesome.

Don and I are so very proud of each and every single one of you for the work you have put into this project and don't think for even a second that it has gone unnoticed. That is exactly why I am here, to show off the amazing work the 4 of you have done. These 3, as well as the rest of our team are some of the hardest working people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

I cannot possibly explain how happy I am to be working with this brilliant, dedicated, ingenious, and ridiculously humorous group of people. As always, I am very proud to be Tam's bitch

, but besides that I am stupidly proud at the result of all our collective hard work. You guys see the product - what you don't know is the mutual support, long hours of delerious brainstorming, and the true friendship within this team of people. We've succeeded at what we set out to do, and beyond that, had a great time doing it. Someone say something about an acceptance speech? lol....here we go...
