Anybody else get a weird cancellation notice from ccbill?

I just got this in my email; check out the link, I've never even signed up for this program and the site is a bit amusing:

Dear Webmaster:

A recent review of your CCBill account(s) showed no sales activity through our system within the last 6 months. If the account does not have any activity within the next 15 days, it will be classified as inactive and the subaccount will automatically be deactivated. Once cancelled, the account can be reinstated, upon request, by contacting Client Services.
