Kind of along the same lines as Arles. Automatically add a watermark, resize, etc. Nothing too fancy, but it would be cool if it could automatically make a simple web gallery as well.

Yeah I was checking that out when it was released. Is that like a Photoshop built for Mac, or does it do a whole lot more?

Also - was great meeting you in Costa Rica man, the pirate cruise was a blast and I appreciate being a part of it.

No, it plays very nice with PS however. Aperture is great in the way it utilizes raw files. For example, I shoot everything in raw, when I get back home, I process the images and it does a great job spitting them out, organizing them and never manipulating the original file. Also, IMO, it does a good job with color correction (I am not good a correcting, so my opinion isn't the best).

You can crop, you can print "accurately," you can set white balance via some cool tools, but mostly you can run the images through optimization faster than most other softwares. If you want to do more artsy things, then it will not work for you. Also, depends on the camera, I think it supports all raws except the 200D Nikon.

It was great meeting you guys as well, really glad you made the cruise. I can't wait for next year.

When you guys get set up with some of your new projects, hit me up

Photoshop is pretty handy to do bulk editing. Iview mediapro is nice for building galleries including bulk editing like resizing, watermarking, thumbs creation, etc.

Aperture is cool, but you really need a new highend mac to get a decent performance out of the program.

I downloaded this but haven't got a chance to test it out but it should do what you want.
