dreamhost accounts won't work, they are running an old php 5.1.2 and old apache 1.3.33
and i suggest you get ahold of them and your servers upgraded, obviously they are not doing any work there. The last one I just worked on where this bug is happening tried to infect me with a worm, so if you're on dream host your server is possibly comprimised. |

4.x is ok but you should be running 4.4.2, that version is very old should have your host upgrade before you get haxxored... apache as well
