I usually have the news channels on all day. It's a lot better than any of the other bullshit that's on during the day, unless there's a good sports game or something...

Cartoons, I have got so used to having cartoons on during the day for my kids that I find myself putting them on at night for background noise. Pretty sad.

Yes I do also. Usually CNN unless something interesting is on. But the most I usually get of totally free time might be 10 or 15 minutes here and there. Mostly background noise.
