rather than posting a bunch of links, I know it sounds crazy, but walmart has a ton of them non-vista still
best buy and all those bigger computer places are trying to stay ahead of the game and shit, which I think it horrible, they need to offer both sides of the spectrum |

One other option would be to go on Ebay and search for laptop xp, then once in the category, click on the menu for "new", just be extra careful with the seller. I myself bought a new Dell XPS laptop on Ebay about 7 months ago and I even saved $1,000 off of what it would've costed me to build it on Dell's site.
