The longest recorded laugh is from All In the Family, "Gloria's Wedding"
When Archie was missing from the ceremony, and Edith called upstairs for him, the next sound was a toilet flushing. The second was, same sitcom, Sammy Davis Jr. sneaking a kiss on the cheek with Archie, as the photographer counted down to snap a picture, and the look on Archie's face when the flash went off, and he was being photographed kissing a black man. that WKRP classic is right up there but the funniest sitcom scene i've ever seen was from a Taxi episode where Louis DePalma played by Danny DeVito was caught stealing - i wish i had that episode, best performance ever by a sitcom actor.
