I've tried Sedo, Parked, and Name Drive. There are a few isolated exceptions, but Sedo has pretty much done better across the board for me.

I like parked personally. Never tried sedo but a lot of people complain about low per click payouts. Though i hear it works great if you have foreign traffic.

Some good friends of mine have had a lot of luck with domainsponsor.com
