*scrambled eggs - there are about five people in the World that know how to do them properly (I'm one of them, naturally), they must be soft but the white shouldn't be runny, I am the follower of the "stir the eggs once in the pan" school, If you stir them beforehand you're basically making an omelette.

then again i'm one of those naturally gifted with a high metabolism so i have never worried nor watched what i eat. i usually make 4-6 eggs for my scrambled eggs
