that usually means they havent paid there license fee can be an easy overlook on there payments department or it can mean other things, Did you try to contact them before posting here though? Gfy is not there support forum and i don't think they visit this site much

Looks like only a temporary issue, they have just contacted us and explained the problem, they will be back up and running soon. All sales are still getting tracked. Thanks Easton

Outage Compensation
Today's outage was due to NATS needing to update the ZEND ID, which they have done. To compensate for the down time, today will be a 100% pay out day and $50 per sign up day.
