Hey Gang !
What a stressful week ... I have had to let go of two of my designers ... they were no longer working out and did not understand the whole thing with deadlines and constant communication  But this means that I have room to take on 2 (maybe 3) more designers ... You must be very self motivated, as you will be working on your own, in your location. If you are a designer looking for work (I have plenty ... ), or posess decent design skills, please forward me an introduction email, including your contact info, and BRIEFLY outlining your experience, along with ONE sample piece which you feel represents your design abilities well.
