Does CCBILL have a "BONUS" membership option?
You know: Surfer buys a subscription and is offered one or two checked/unchecked boxes with bonus free/not free trials to other sites...?

Yes they do, you need to use the custom forms and find your own site to upsell.

If it was totally free, I wonder if they would allow it to be checked by default. Could be a nice easy answer to the "multiple site membership" thing.

Epoch has been offering those options for a while... but I have too much running with CCBill to switch like that...
