PSW announcment on Visa

I just received an email from PSW to register with their new rules. They also have a list of sites Visa will no longer bill for
that list changed within the last 15 minutes

http://www.pswbilling.com/clients/visa.shtml

but this is the current Visa rule

From what I remembered, there was also

Upsell Merchant
Phone Cards

and some other non adult related stuff on their list before it was removed, well damn I should have copied and pasted their original list. Sorry guys

According to one of the above links, Visa will no longer be processing for "Rape/Torture" sites.

You fetish/bdsm people better like getting fucked in the ass, because you can bet Visa doesn't have any idea there is a difference between bdsm and torture.

This is just the beginning people. Visa is going to try to do what the government couldn't so far.

Watch for the right winger nuts to eventually use these censorship rules to try to get sites banned from Visa as well.

Wow. So non-US companies don't have to pay the extra money and they don't have to incorporate in the US.

Yep sorry I was wrong with my previous post.

So the million dollar question is:

Can PSW process for Canadian webmasters?

Edited:

I called them and they said they had a Canadian banking mechanism in place. So the answer is yes.

Why is Nevada the best place to incorporate?
No corporate income tax
No franchise tax
No personal income tax
No IRS information sharing agreement
Nominal annual fees ($85)
Minimal reporting and disclosure requirements
Stockholders are NOT public record

im wondering why every single american corp is not located in nevada
