Mine is a non-US site that uses CCBill. Come November 15 it will be two business, 1- Operations, and 2- our US-based "billing division". My main reason for going through this considerable complication is to avoid screwing my affiliates by changing IPSPs. I'm not about to require them to re-sign with another IPSP such as Globill, change their link codes, and then lose their old rebills when I am cutoff by Visa USA for non-compliance with the new regs. I have much more respect for my affiliates than that.

So if you want to compile a list of non-CCBill/IBill/Epoch sponsors then be my guest, but it will be missing many of the best niche sponsors in the world, and it will contain many sites that have said "screw my affiliates, I'm going to Globill".
