Determining blog's value?
Is there website I can go to that will determine a blog's approximate value? I have the opportunity to buy a great mainstream blog with a #1 spot for a highly searched keyword. Owner has no time for it and wants to get rid of it.
I remember seeing here someone posting adsense potential for a few sites or something. And for those of you who believe there is no money in blogs, yes there is and plenty of it. Get over it. Just because YOU don't make money with your blog, doesn't mean others aren't. I have several friends making pretty penny as full-time (mainstream) bloggers.

Ask to see his verifiable income. No website is going to be accurate and you rarely buy a site for its "potential." Otherwise I would be a billionaire on commissions alone.
