I've been tooln' this industry for 10 years and this is a first!

One of my affiliates was importing anime/cartoon galleries.... He thought they made this stuff up in their mind/fantasy untill he saw Bobbi Eden as a cartoon...

You need to read this yourself. Nowhere in this post do you claim you owned all rights to that content. That's why I asked you if you did own exclusive rights.

You should send them a bill for the content and see what happens.
At least you might get a "license" fee out of them.

The best chance you have of sueing and winning though is if you can show he copied 100 images. The court might see that as excessive use of his right and you might get a judgment.

Im working on my own comics for a few years now and this actually looks kind of shit !! Its not drawm by hand at all,. so i think its a ripp off too.

I would love to show you guys what im working on with my own illustrator, but i cant post img or url i see lol
