Say you have X amount for traffic, plugs, banners what have you. Would you spend your money on 100 different traffic sources for X amount or would you spend your money on a select few traffic sources of X amount?

Assuming the 100 different sites get about the same impressions and cpc is the same as the select few.

I would pick a select few - the ones that are most relevant to my target market. I'd rather have quality traffic that will convert than just "traffic."

Its important to have traffic that suits what you're promoting. Finding long term deals with people who can send you trageted traffic is great. Of course you could spend quite a bit of money to find that type of stuff. Once you hit it tho you have it for a while

It takes a lot of different sources to find what works. No point putting your eggs all in one basket. Spread it about and find out what works for you.

More traffic sources are definitely better. It's not smart to put all your eggs in one basket.
